Our Philosophy

Communication

Our whole company is comprised of 3 guys.  Each of us design, estimate, supervise, and project manage a maximum of  2 jobs at a time.  So, you have one point of contact for your project and we respond to you quickly. 


The other guys manage 8-12 projects simultaneously. They will not be getting back to you today, sorry!

Teamwork

We have been working with our team of trusted  subcontractors for years.  We lay them out, making sure they have what they need to be successful, so that they can concentrate on their specialized work.

Value

We have no secretary, no in-house construction crew, no trucks or tools, no office building or warehouse.

These efficiencies allow us to offer high-quality construction services at a lower cost.

Personal

I am a husband (15 years), a father (2 girls, 6 and 4), a designer, a builder and a business owner.  I like to relax by exercising, gardening, taking care of indoor plants (~30) and pets (7), cooking, and being outside.  I am interested in developing rental properties, travel and a sustainable future.  My dream is to work pro bono, providing sustainable, low-income housing and outdoor opportunities to families in need.
