We design small to medium size projects from individual kitchens to a whole house renovation for much less than the competition. We sign the contract, then we figure out what you want in your remodel and how it fits together. Then we provide you with a rough estimate of what it will cost to build.
For a small fee, we set up a meeting at your house with all the relevant subcontractors. Design in hand, we walk them through the site, so they can fully understand and accurately price their part in your remodel. You are ready to get started on your remodel! All you have to do is review the linked document, sign it via DocuSign, and deposit on the project via QuickBooks. Then we will save you a spot on our schedule and start purchasing long lead time items like cabinets, windows, and trusses.
